Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintenance Operations: Oversee all maintenance-related activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, to ensure the plant operates at optimal levels.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including OSHA and safety requirements, and food safety and quality protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Performance Management: Manage the work and performance of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring they meet operational goals and standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall plant performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Maintenance within a manufacturing environment, with 1-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a manufacturing plant environment, with regular exposure to machinery, equipment, and chemicals. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and work in normal office conditions and in the manufacturing plant.
