Ace Hardware is seeking a Part-Time Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Project a positive representation of Ace Hardware, greet customers, and thank them by name when possible.
- Register Operations: Follow cash register transaction procedures, balance the register drawer, and participate in store and Cashier meetings.
- Front End Appearance and Upkeep: Keep the front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors, neat and clean at all times.
- Education: High School or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Cashier experience preferred, customer service experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs), and climbing.
- Competitive Pay: $9.00-$14.00 per hour.
