Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at North High Brewing. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Educate guests about our craft beers, spirits, and menu offerings
  • Prepare the bar for service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Take orders from bar customers, manage tables, and deliver beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answer phone calls, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Collect customer payments, provide change, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and extended hours
  • Basic knowledge of beer offerings, including flavors, ingredients, and brewing processes
  • Ability to memorize menu items and daily/weekly specials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform repetitive motions
