Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and support.
  • Clinical Judgment: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
  • Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Intervention and Evaluation: Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and revise the plan of care as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to establish priorities, implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
  • Experience and Skills: One year of prior RN experience preferred, with skills in wound care and pediatric care.
  • Certifications and Training: Current BLS card and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
