Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital part of our educational team. This position focuses on delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy, performing assessments, and crafting tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans and IEPs.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and school personnel to address student communication needs.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Ensure precise and timely documentation of services rendered.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and assist in establishing educational objectives for students.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred, but not mandatory for Clinical Fellows.
  • Previous experience in an educational environment is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
