Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities. As a PTA, you will work in a home care setting, providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and education, to patients in their homes.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Minnesota.
  • Two years of experience as a PTA preferred.
  • Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office.
  • CPR certification.
