Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust quality control plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct complex quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to less experienced engineers and inspectors.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality awareness and understanding among employees.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
