About the Role

Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to join our team. As a Radiology Tech, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for CT procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Administer contrast agents as required and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate images and ensure accurate diagnosis
  • Maintain and calibrate CT equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards
  • Document patient information, imaging procedures, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with specialization in CT
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging
  • State licensure in Radiologic Technology (if applicable)
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
  • Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
