Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished and in-process goods to ensure they meet work instructions and quality standards.

  • Use precision gaging instruments to perform first-piece inspections and maintain accurate records of statistical data.

  • Develop and update inspection procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Analyze data to prepare summaries and highlight deviations from standards.

  • Conduct audits to maintain quality benchmarks and escalate any issues promptly.

  • Complete thorough documentation and maintain a clean, organized work area according to 5S standards.

  • Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and be prepared to take on additional tasks to support the team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of manufacturing quality experience.

  • Proficiency in using gaging instruments.

  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in a team.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
