Job Overview

We are currently seeking multiple Quality Assurance / Machine Operator roles for a leading plastics manufacturing firm. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. Both Day and Night shifts are available, with weekly pay.

The Quality Assurance / Machine Operator position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule, offering the advantage of only working 14 days a month. This schedule allows for overtime every other week, along with three consecutive days off every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections to maintain product quality standards.
  • Package and label products according to specified guidelines.
  • Comprehend and operate all machinery within the designated workstation.
  • Maintain mobility by standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Adhere to established procedures for the proper startup and shutdown of equipment.
Qualifications & Benefits:
  • Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Basic mathematical skills and reliable transportation are required.
  • Shifts: 7 AM - 7 PM at $15.25/hour and 7 PM - 7 AM at $17.75/hour.
  • Weekly pay schedule.
  • Medical and Dental Insurance available.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
