Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Minerals Acquisition Landman to join our team at Phoenix Capital Group Holdings LLC. This individual will be responsible for fostering relationships with mineral rights owners, converting them into sellers, and maintaining comprehensive notes in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have direct to consumer phone sales experience, a strong appetite for sales, and a results-oriented approach. They will also be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the industry and common objections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with mineral rights owners
  • Follow-up with potential leads
  • Maintain comprehensive notes in Salesforce
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry and common objections

Requirements:

  • Direct to consumer phone sales experience preferred

Compensation:

$50,000.00 to $500,000.00 with commission
