Job Title: Licensed Behavior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Consultant to join our team at Holcomb Behavioral Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral support services for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of formal behavior management plans
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and data collection
  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other service providers
  • Provide training and direct support to Behavioral Health Technicians
  • Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures
  • Report to direct supervisor and other administrative staff as required
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements:
  • Licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, LBS, CRNP, and have a BC-ABA certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of Full-time experience providing ABA services with a minimum of 12 credits from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 1 year of Full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a person with a BCBA and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA-approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
