Commercial Custodian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our custodial team as a part-time custodian. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to training and guidelines provided by our custodial leadership team.
• Ensure assigned spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash/recycle, organizing furniture, and dusting surfaces.
• Sweep/mop hard surface floors, vacuum carpeted areas, and clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, urinals, and other restroom/shower fixtures.
• Stock consumable supplies in break areas and restrooms or other areas as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain accountability for assigned facility keys, badges, or other access media.
• Report any potentially dangerous situations to supervisor and Human Resources.

Requirements:
