Clinical Speech Therapist

Piedmont HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with communication disorders and oropharyngeal dysphagia.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders from an accredited graduate school and hold certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). A strong understanding of speech-language pathology principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to restore function, prevent disability, and enhance patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
