Data Scientist Specialist

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Scientist Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing quantitative analysis to understand business drivers and conducting analytics experiments for hypothesis testing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to leverage statistical techniques to provide business recommendations and insights into marketplace dynamics and user behaviors.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will collaborate with engineering on logging implementation and monitoring, influencing business decisions through collaboration with product and business partners.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Proficiency in SQL, A/B testing, dashboards, and Python
