Key Accountabilities
  • Supervise and mentor facilities support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective work order systems, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
  • Lead the development of the College's preventive maintenance program, focusing on mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Vice President of Facilities on strategic initiatives, including Capital and Chapter 12 Renovation and Repair projects.
  • Support the Assistant Manager of Plant Operations in maintaining the College's systems, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of College vehicles, ensuring safe and reliable transportation options.
  • Participate in snow removal supervision, contributing to the smooth operation of College facilities.
