About the Role

AngelCare ABA Therapy seeks a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Lead Behavioral Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced BCBA to oversee various aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill-based evaluations to inform treatment plans
  • Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions, ensuring alignment with client goals and needs
  • Supervise and train Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs) on implementation of treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide data-driven insights to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including related service providers, families, and caregivers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
