As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  1. Efficiently loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and staging products using appropriate material handling equipment.
  2. Maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records.
  3. Picking and packing orders throughout the warehouse.
  4. Ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
  5. Maintaining equipment and materials in a neat and orderly manner.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • The ability to follow safety directions and protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Effective time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the workplace and shift priorities as needed.
  • Capability to lift 50+ pounds using proper techniques.
  • The ability to remain seated, standing, or walking for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Willingness to assist other departments as required.

Education:

A High School diploma is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
