SEI1GLOBAL is seeking a Lead Financial Accountant to become an integral part of the Revenue Accounting division within the Corporate Accounting department. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in overseeing the monthly closing activities across various business units, frequently engaging with accounting and billing platforms. Key responsibilities encompass monthly general ledger reconciliations, adherence to internal control standards, and additional tasks.

The Revenue Accounting division is tasked with:

  • Revenue recognition and reporting across all business sectors
  • Management of revenue and billing systems
  • Client invoicing and accounts receivable oversight
  • Compliance with internal controls for all revenue-related processes
Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the comprehensive monthly closing process for business sectors
  • Manage monthly and quarterly invoicing
  • Resolve complex invoicing challenges
  • Review contracts and related documentation
  • Record journal entries and conduct revenue analysis
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Collaborate with auditors
  • Contribute to process enhancements
  • Develop expertise in billing systems
  • Participate in special projects
Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Experience with accounting and/or billing systems
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
