Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring prompt and attentive service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
