YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HVAC Service Coordinator, your day begins with managing service requests and collaborating with our skilled technicians to guarantee prompt and effective service. Your telephone skills will be put to the test as you handle incoming inquiries, arrange appointments, and assign technicians to various locations. Keeping our scheduling system up-to-date is your strength, and you will be the reassuring voice guiding customers throughout the process. Your contribution is vital in delivering outstanding HVAC services and upholding our reputation for quality.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office environment, with a minimum of 20% of your daily tasks focused on customer assistance via phone
  • Proficient in general computer skills, including a minimum of one year of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication abilities in English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work overtime with minimal notice (occasional weekend hours may be necessary)
