About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver or CNA to join our team at Southern Pines. As a key member of our care team, you will provide assistance to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs with their daily living activities, implement resident plans of care, and document nursing services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Implement resident plans of care and document nursing services
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
