Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate ambulance equipment and respond to radio transmissions
  2. Lead and coordinate the team responding to an emergency
  3. Evaluate the patient's condition on the scene and perform preliminary diagnosis
  4. Attend to injuries or sudden illnesses by applying pre-hospital treatments
  5. Use medical equipment and tools to stabilize patients or provide immediate treatment
  6. Monitor patient's condition en route to the hospital
  7. Collaborate with other emergency services and healthcare professionals
  8. Write and submit accurate reports on incidents
  9. Adhere to medical protocols, procedures, and legal guidelines
  10. Stay up-to-date with new medical procedures and treatments through continuous training
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a paramedic
  2. Understanding of medical procedures, terminology, and medications
  3. Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations
  4. Adaptability and stamina
  5. Excellent working knowledge of medical equipment and devices
  6. Integrity and compassion towards human pain
  7. Valid driver's license
  8. Certified CPR Instructor
  9. High school diploma; Licensed Paramedic is a must
