Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for managing the food service program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines. This includes maintaining records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment, as well as providing training and quality control to staff.

- Provide training and quality control to staff
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and facility management
- Ensure a safe and sanitary environment at all times
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
- Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
- Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition
- Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision
- Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports
