Pastry Fryer

The Market In The Square is seeking a Pastry Fryer to join our bakery team. As a skilled pastry fryer, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pastries, including donuts, to meet quality and quantity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Fry and finish pastries according to recipes and quality standards
• Clean and maintain equipment and workstations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Assist customers with orders and provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet sales goals and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a bakery or related industry
• Strong knowledge of baking and cooking techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
