Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support our clients\u2019 communication needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives.
  • Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools to promote effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to speech and language goal-setting.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is an advantage.
