Production Manager

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the production process for a rapidly growing fashion brand. This is a full-time, on-site position located on Long Island.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and efficient production of all active orders, meeting quality standards and delivery deadlines.
  • Manage the manufacturing process, including vendor communication, sample approval, costing, and production timelines.
  • Organize and coordinate the production calendar, ensuring all departments are aware of and meet milestone deadlines.
  • Negotiate costs with factories for order placement and evaluate pre-production and top-of-production samples.
  • Analyze cost comparisons among vendors and determine factory allocation.
  • Oversee the tech design team to ensure seasonal fittings are completed on time.
  • Distribute packing guidelines and retailer standards to ensure accurate shipment of goods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in production, including experience with overseas/Chinese manufacturing.
  • Prior experience with an ERP or inventory control system.
