Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Server to join our team at Seasoned. As a Server, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the stage for service by setting and clearing tables, assisting servers, and attending to customers' needs.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer demands.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure a positive and efficient dining experience.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
