Job Overview

The Bistro at Skyline Smyrna Hotel LP is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, and other specialty drinks.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to guests, taking orders, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food items, including salads, sandwiches, and appetizers, following standardized recipes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, operate cash registers, and maintain cash handling procedures in compliance with company policies.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and supplies, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including cocktails, mixed drinks, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
