Prep Cook

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team at Moe's Southwest Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and product directions to prepare, season, cook, and serve food items.
• Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and utensils.
• Wash, peel, cut, and shred fruits and vegetables to prepare for cooking.
• Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of products to ensure quality and freshness.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
