Cosmetic Surgery Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at AirSculpt. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our cosmetic surgery practice.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency in areas such as medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment disinfection and sterilization
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company standards
- Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, to ensure seamless clinical and surgical operations
- Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly
- Provide the highest level of patient care and patient service at all times
- Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment
- Remain tactful, mature, and able to work effectively with diverse personalities
- Current Nurse license (RN, LVN, or LPN)
- Current ACLS certification required for all Nurses (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, RPNs)
- Current IV certification required for all LVNs/LPNs in the United States and RPNs in Canada
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus
- Availability to work overtime as needed
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed
- High energy with a strong focus on patient care and patient experience
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
