Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals and objectives.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $21.00 per hour. We offer a flexible schedule with day shifts, Monday to Friday, and no weekends. If you are passionate about helping others regain their strength and independence, we would love to hear from you.
