Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
- Restock supplies and materials as needed.
- Respond to spills and accidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in custodial work or a related field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The Custodial Worker will be exposed to cleaning chemicals, dust, and other allergens. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
