Job Summary:

At FluxStaff, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caring Support Worker to join our team. As a Caring Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents by removing any hazards and maintaining a tidy living space.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, promoting their independence and dignity.
• Develop and participate in recreational activities that cater to residents' interests and abilities, enhancing their mental and physical well-being.
• Monitor residents' behavior and health, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff for timely intervention.
• Inculcate good posture habits in residents through exercise routines and education, promoting their mobility and comfort.

**Requirements:**

• State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• Current CPR certification
