Pharmacist III

This role is an ideal opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to take on a leadership position in our East Tennessee Children's Hospital pharmacy department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and clinical applications, with a proven ability to oversee complex pharmaceutical programs.

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to lead our team of specialists in endocrinology.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising pharmacy technicians, interns, and students, as well as prioritizing medication orders and using pharmacy automation systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required, with a Doctor of Pharmacy preferred. A valid pharmacy license in Tennessee is also necessary.

• Evaluating medication orders and performing advanced pharmaceutical work.
• Overseeing research and conducting analyses to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of drug products.
• Providing pharmaceutical informatics support and overseeing specialized service lines.
• Prioritizing medication orders and using pharmacy automation systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy preferred).
• Valid pharmacy license in Tennessee.
• 4 years of pediatric experience.
• Strong communication, mathematical, and computer skills.
