We are a 23-hour Total Hips and Spine Center, committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Care: Assess patients at intervals as stated in policies and procedures, develop and implement individualized perioperative plans of care, and evaluate patient progress towards attaining outcomes.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other disciplines as appropriate, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and technicians.
  3. Documentation: Document nursing care accurately and thoroughly, maintaining required competencies and adhering to quality review and performance improvement projects.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A current unrestricted RN license in the State of CA.
  • Current American Heart BLS certification.
  • Minimum one year experience in the Operating Room, preferably in Total Joint and Spine procedures.
