Job Title: Clinical Audiologist

Happy Ears Hearing Center is a state-of-the-art private audiology practice dedicated to providing exceptional hearing healthcare services to children and adults in the greater Phoenix area.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Audiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests to determine hearing loss, dispensing and fitting hearing aids, and providing counseling to patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic tests to determine hearing loss and recommend treatment options
  • Dispense and fit hearing aids, including traditional and surgical devices
  • Conduct cognitive screenings and provide counseling to patients
  • Work with the medical team to ensure proper hearing health management
  • Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Doctor of Audiology degree or equivalent
  • Current state licensure as an Audiologist
  • Experience with diagnostic testing and hearing aid dispensing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children and adults
  • Experience with cochlear implants and neurodiagnostic testing
