We are seeking an experienced and caring Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at American Senior Communities.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Position

This is a full-time role that requires implementing speech-language services for patients, caregivers, and centers, as well as participating in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve patients' speech, language, and cognitive skills, and document progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and coordinate services.
