- Provide information about insurance products and services to clients.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Handle client inquiries and respond promptly to their needs.

- Market to and run sales appointments with existing customers and prospects, identifying opportunities to grow our agency.
Requirements
- Insurance agency experience is preferred, but not required.
- An Indiana PC/LH Insurance License or the ability to obtain one is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, as is auto/home/commercial/life insurance sales experience.
