Job Summary:

The Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Supervise and educate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) preferred.
  • Prior acute care experience highly preferred.
