Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Dean Medical Group in Madison, WI. This full-time opportunity offers a unique chance to serve our geriatric population and make a significant difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and specialty care to geriatric patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
