About the Position:
We are currently seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to become part of our esteemed team at MaineHealth. This role offers a unique chance to operate autonomously within a hospital-employed framework, ensuring a fulfilling work-life balance.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesiology Program.
- Possession of an active APRN-CNRA license in the state of New Hampshire, or the ability to secure one prior to employment.
- Current NBCRNA certification along with BCLS, ACLS certifications, and DEA registration.
- A minimum of three years of CRNA experience is preferred.
- Experience in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia and obstetrics is essential, with a strong preference for candidates with critical access hospital experience.
- Ability to function independently without supervision.
- A call schedule of 1 in 5.
- Diverse anesthesia practices including pediatrics, general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, ENT, and ophthalmology.
- High degree of autonomy in practice.
- Hospital-employed status with full medical staff membership.
