- At the beginning of each shift, the team member will review the work schedule, check necessary equipment and supplies, adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines, and prepare for assigned tasks.
- Combine and mix ingredients, distribute mixtures onto trays, place trays in racks, transport racks to the oven, and bake products.
- Package and label baked items, clean display cases, and replenish fresh goods in the cases.
- Sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, and floors.
- Monitor and document product loss.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must possess valid identification.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to fulfill job responsibilities and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Must complete the introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
- Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this role.
- Must be able to operate, or learn to operate, the tools and equipment necessary for this position.
- Must perform all job functions safely.
- Must adhere to company performance standards for the role.
- Must maintain regular attendance and meet performance standards.
- Must agree to wear the designated attire and footwear approved for this position.
- One year of work experience or technical training is preferred.
*Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs
*Job cycles: continual maximum
*Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
*Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
*Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
*Max pull static: 20 lbs.
