Job Summary

As a key member of the TransForce team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of products to customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Safely transport block, mortar, and other materials to job sites in a timely manner.
  • Logistics: Receive and follow dispatcher instructions, including invoices, directions, and special instructions.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and report any concerns or problems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Operate tractor-trailers/vehicles according to state and federal laws, and observe all safety regulations established by the company and DMV.
  • Problem-Solving: Monitor and report problems with assigned equipment operations, product quality, customer satisfaction, and traffic.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Ability to operate a gas-powered delivery trailer safely and efficiently, forklift certification, and a valid CDL A.
