Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Vice President to join our Health Services team. This individual will serve as a senior client counselor and team manager for high-profile healthcare clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reputation management, thought leadership, and experience working with clients in the payer/provider space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement successful client programs, leveraging expertise in reputation management and thought leadership.
  • Grow strong relationships with senior clients, providing meaningful counsel and delivering valued results.
  • Motivate team members, providing constructive feedback and encouraging professional growth.
  • Stay current with emerging channels and technical advancements, applying knowledge to develop inspiring and actionable strategies.
  • Deliver strategic, engaging, and persuasive presentations to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Use metrics and analytics to build business, provide insight, and counsel clients.
  • Build, lead, and develop engaged and dynamic teams.
  • Take a leadership role in new business proposal development and presentations, working with account teams to build incremental business.
  • Lead projects from concept to evaluation, ensuring effective delegation of project deliverables and timely completion.
  • Manage account financials, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
Requirements
  • At least 13+ years of agency and/or health/government communications experience.
  • Must have external or internal agency experience.
