Job Summary:

MCR Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Master's in Social Work (MSW) to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services to patients in an outpatient office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients with various mental health conditions, including substance abuse disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Licensed (in good standing) as a Clinical Social Worker in Florida or Master's in Social Work (MSW).
  • Familiarity with and sensitivity to multi-cultural groups, particularly Hispanic culture.
  • Knowledge of working with substance abuse disorders is a plus.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record platforms.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
