Job Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly qualified Registered Behavior Technician to support students with moderate to severe behavioral needs in a 6th grade classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to two students with behavioral challenges
  • Implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive behaviors
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Document student progress and communicate with parents and school staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • RBT certification
  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
