Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and balancing the bar

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of cocktails and ability to prepare them according to recipes
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • 21+ age requirement to bartend
