Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Specialist to assist with the smooth flow of all warehouse-related activities. This role involves specialized tasks in receiving, inventory, and order processing.

• Collaborate with transport drivers to ensure timely receipt of incoming loads.
• Verify receiving documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse configuration according to approved layout.
• Loading pallets onto trucks and ensuring stability and security.
• Practice good housekeeping skills, including cleaning up spills immediately.
• Familiarize yourself with safety rules, signs, and tags.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other necessary powered equipment efficiently.
• Inspect product quality, properly tag and rotate products.
• Understand pick tickets to pick, pack, and load orders accurately.
• Verify return labels before placing products back into inventory.
• Implement HACCP plans as assigned.
• Ensure product receipt, rotation, and staging meet customer demands.
• Report repair needs and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Perform emergency replenishment for products running low.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience necessary; willing to train on the job.

• Forklift and pallet jack experience beneficial.
• Forklift certification desirable.
• Driver's License advantageous.
