Math Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics Professor to join our team at Tacoma Community College. As a Mathematics Professor, you will be responsible for teaching introductory math courses and corresponding labs.

• Prepare and teach introductory math courses.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and understanding.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students.
• Stay current with developments in mathematics education and incorporate new ideas and methods into your teaching practice.

• Masters degree in mathematics or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience teaching math courses at a community college.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and assist adult learners gain competency in content area.
